Smager lidt af citrus og karamel. En lidt underlig blanding at få i munden, da de ikke umiddelbart er to smage man plejer at få i munden samtidig. Humlen er som noget hø eller derhen af.

0,7 l bottle opens with a awfull gusher Appearance: Slightly hazy reddish brown amber with a small off-white head. A lot of lively bubbles. Aroma is citrus fruits, some dark dry fruits as well as mild caramel and roast tones. Taste: moderate sweet and following the arroma, but with some tanine in there. Sweetish but gentle. Some roasty and citrus bitterness. thin to medium body, above average carbonation.

Pours copper with a thick, creamy beige head. Light smell of malts with some roastiness and light yeast aroma. Taste is malts, light roasted notes, good final bitterness with some herbaceous flavors from the german hops.

from Erzbierschof - hazy amber-brown beer with a chaotic but persistent foam; correct lacework; pretty toasted maltiness showing notes of cookies and caramel; quite full-bodied, some sweetness, very tasty, fresh and with some fruity hoppy notes in front of more toasted biscuity maltiness; light residual sweetness - very good

Aroma mild tad peppery with sweet sided base. Slightly earthy , cellar like.
Top: medium lighter , short lived off white.
Base: clear amber.
Palate : medium bodied with bit thinner walls. Average finish.
Taste: sweet malts , touch of caramel with toasty nutty backing. Slight herbal hop touch. Slightly metallic.
Other notes: fairly drinkable. Pleasant to have. Not too complex.

Color ambrato carico, con schiuma leggera. Al naso malto predominante, fruttato. In bocca ancora malto protagonista, con un retrogusto amarognolo e tostato.

33cl bottle. Pours a coppery red with a thin white head. Smells mildly fruity, slight metallic. Tastes sweet, semi-bitter, salty, with a subtle fruitiness. Finishes slightly salty, dry and a bit bitter. Goes down easy.
