Very well balanced pils with a bitternes that reminds of a classic german pils but enough flowery notes to let it be a bohemian. Other than that it is nice golden and has a beautifull mind...I mean head! grikmok (132) - Little Rock, Arkansas, USA - FEB 2, 2008
On tap in a restaurant in Burghausen, Germany. Poured to a golden yellow beer with a white, thick head that had aromas of yeast and hops. Initial flavor of yeast and finished with a slight bitter taste. madmitch76 (24388) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 14, 2014

Bamberg Bash Day 3. Tap at the brewpub. Clear bright pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crispy and dry. Nice light floralness over the pale malt. Dark marmalade citrus underneath. Toch of lemon. Dry crisp finish. A flavoursome and decent pils.
330ml bottle from a bottleshop in Wasserburg am Inn.
One of the better Bavarian Pils. Pleasant bitterness, nice refreshing taste, quality is there. Would have again motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - AUG 29, 2004

Bamberg Jolly Day 3 26/01/2014. Draught at the brewpub in Freising. Very pale yellow with a small fleeting white froth. Aroma is nice wet hops, grassy veg and light lemon. Flavour is grassy hop, cleans pils grain, cleanish ferment. Palate is dryiing, with a nice crisp finish. rlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 29, 2014
Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden beer with a small head. Hoppy grassy aroma, herbal, floral, some spicy notes. Hoppy grassy flavor, hay, floral notes, some bread. Bitter finish with grass and bread. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - APR 12, 2009
bottle, bought in Wolnzach. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Hoppy nose. Shy malty base, intensive aromatic and bitter hop flavours, especially in the finish. A well-balanced Pilsener, although I can’t see any Bohemian character in it, I would classify it as Classic German Pilsener. MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - NOV 30, 2009
(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Light-sweet and slightly perfumed grainy malty taste with a tinge of grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malt-character with light grainy accents and a touch of grassy hops; dry and hop bitter grassy finish. Didn´t expect that much and was quite surprised. 24.XI.09 pivnizub (10573) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2009
Bottle (thanx to Q.-D.): Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized white stable fluffy head; solid floral-hoppy nose with a hayish touch; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering hoppy finish with an increasing dryness in the aftertaste. Fine, not too great brew.....
