Zlotta (3185) - Hagen / Bonn, GERMANY - MAR 21, 2017
Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local ’Netto’, best before September 2017. Clear, dark brownish red with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Faint, sweetish, slightly grainy aroma of caramel, grains, some cardboard and slight hints of vegetables. Sweetish, grainy and a bit grassy-spicy taste of caramel, grains, some straw and a bit of cardboard, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and quite metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, but rather bland and with some flaws.

R2k2 (450) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 22, 2015
A clear, slightly brown beer. The color resembles a glass of coke, added with water. A sweet, nutlike aroma with the touch of slightly burned malt. A nice, bitter taste, but nothing more than that. A bitter aftertaste hangs on for a little bit. Een helder, lichtbruin bier dat qua kleur overeen zal komen als cola, aangelengd met water. Een zoet, noterig aroma met de tint van lichtjes gebrand mout. Een lekkere, bitter smaak, maar niet veel meer dan dat. Een bittere nasmaak blijft even hangen.

pivnizub (10561) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle:Clear, dark-amber coloured, mid-sized off-white stable creamy and lacy head; really faint traces of toasted malt in the metallic and cardboardy nose; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied as expected; almost lingering bitter-caramelly finish. Not great, but still worth a sip…

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Great taste of roasted nuts and lightly caramell, but unfortunately a very copper-like finish.
