28.09.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, weeds, roasted grain, raisins, fruit stones, minerals, almonds, hay, paper, burnt toast, caramel, alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet yeasty, raisins, weeds, grass, caramel malts, yeast, alcohol, bark, fruit stones, roasted grain, almond essence, toast, chocolate. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh roasted mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2017
33 cl. bottle at home at the courtesy of Rune. Medium high creamy lasting white head. Clear and good looking red brown body. Sweet roasted malt caramel straw aroma. Solid base of roasted malt cocoa and caramel, rather sweet but with a suitable amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation, long sweet finish. Alcohol nicely hidden by the sweetness of the beer.

Holmen1 (6304) - Stavanger, NORWAY - AUG 4, 2017

170ml from tap 26 at Ølhallen. Remaining fawn-coloured head, crocheted lacing down the glass. Deep rosewood coloured body. Inviting smell of marmalade, not overly sweet. Rich flavour character of dried fruits, dark dough, caramel and mild marmalade followed by a delicate bittersweet ending. Dangerously easy to drink. Enjoying stuff, well worth the 500 years celebration of Martin Luther and his 95 theses. (Tromsø 13.03.2017).

Fra fat på Ølhallen 4 Mar 17. Mørk amber. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. Teppelacing. Lett maltaroma med spor av karamell. Smaken behagelig. Passe søt karamell med malt i bakgrunnen. Gjennomgående svakt røykpreg. Tørr avslutning. Et utmerket øl!
