"random find at Haven, Pasadena. Definitely floral. Dry, adequately hoppy, but not overly bitter or sweet. Pleasant, but not a whole lot going on to stand up and take notice..."

Spoons 2010. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral and fruity notes with mild vegetably notes. Flavour is being very similar. Quite typical golden ale. Not that sweet and not that bitter.
(Cask at Penderl’s Oak JDW, Holborn, London, 5 Aug 2010) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots and orange. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange and dusty hops. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Drinkable but a bit boring.

Cask at Spoons, Milton Keynes. Gold with a small white head. Served so cold I could barely discern the aroma. Perhaps grainy and peachy. Tatse is a curious cheesy malt. Slight bitterness. A beer which interests the drinker without endearing itself. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2010
Cask conditioned handpump Eastgate Northampton. A hazy gold coloured beer with a whitish head. Minimal aroma just hints of grass. Lagerish hops with hints of tropical fruit. Tastes like it’s brewed to be cold. Middle of the road but perfectly drinkable. bobinlondon (1295) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 22, 2010
Hand pulled cask at the Moon and Sixpence (JDW) Hatch End. Pale gold with a lively white head. Good fresh english hops and balancing malt. Much better than I expected. gary07734 (500) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JUL 19, 2010
Standard pale pint pour, taste is fairly poor, harshly metallic, slight appley fruit background and a mild bitterness in the finish. Not great. berkshirejohn (6491) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 13, 2010
Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Poured hazy amber with a thin white head; sweet grainy aroma; sweet and fruity with orange and peach flavours but a floury body; lacking in any discernible finish. Unsatisfying.
