Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, mild acidic notes, some slight wood and yeasty notes as well as quite strong citrusy notes. Flavour is wheat, citrus, mild yeast, some spices and mild earthyness as well. DownsouthGav (601) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2007

Keg on tap at Grain D’Orge, Hombourg, Belgium. Clouded gold with white head. Light, easy going wheat with only hints of lemon or spice. Some fruity banana in the flavour and a little herbal inferences. Crisp and light Witbier. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 27, 2006
(Bottled) Very hazy yellow color with a small, lasting and lacy head, and big yeast particles on the bottom. Sourish-lemony, coriander-ginger-spicy aroma. Crisply sour, dryish grapefruit-lemony flavor with some ginger and coriander thrown in. Medium-bodied, quite refreshing palate with pretty soft carbonation. A nice, crisp and refreshing witbier. bierkoning (13451) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - DEC 11, 2006
Blonde, cloudy with tiny chunks of yeast. Soft grapefruit aroma. Light yeasty, milky flavor with grape juice and grapefruit. Slightly herbal, but the emphasis is on fruit. Not bad.

Bottle @ Chemsford BF06: Hazy gold with a short white head. Pleasant wheaty vanilla notes, with some dry grains and citric spicy notes. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 19, 2006
Bottle. Its not often that i find myself enjoying witbier these days, but this was pretty good. Quite spicy, almost peppery, with a yeasty/citric bitterness ini the finish. Enjoyable/refreshing. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2006
Bottled - Chelmsford BF. A straw golden coloured wit with a whitish bubbly head. The aroma is lemony and yeasty but has none of the spice I might have expected. The taste is more true to style with the yeast and spices coming through to make for a very good drink. Joeh (2049) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2006
Bottle Chelmsford beer festival, 2006. Sweet, bubble gummed aroma. Sticky, syrupy wheat body with some vomit and fruit. Flavourful. JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - APR 22, 2005
Reasonably clear straw colour; fluffy white head. Wheaty nose, even some lactobacillus... Brett? NICE! Outspoken wheaty acidity, but not spicey - as I like my wheatbeer. Very refreshing, typical for wheatbeer, ends tart. It’s not a Berliner Weisse yet - a bit of extra lactic acid would work wonders. But it nears, it nears...
Good show from this young microbrewery.
