One of the better pumpkins of 2012... and unlike many others, didn’t show up until just after the Halloween season.. TizzleJizzle (792) - Garland, Texas, USA - JUN 3, 2013
22oz bottle. Poured a clear maroon with a decent tan head. Flavor of pumpkin, spice, nutmeg, and roasted malts. medium body. Overall quite complex and a unique brew! Fields8118 (6) - Surprise, Arizona, USA - OCT 9, 2013 does not count
I love everything about this beer. From the bottle to the pour appearance to the taste it is amazing. This has a beautiful deep brown color with a small head. It has a great spicy aroma that is characteristic of a pumpkin beer. The initial mouth is a thick pumpkin spice taste that finishes very slightly hoppy. This is a must try for pumpkin beer fans.

Tap at Mellow Mushroom in Tempe. Nice dark pour, light tan head. Aroma of pumpkin pie, light espresso and roasted malts. Flavor is smooth, good pumpkin notes, not overly spiced and a nice oily texture.

Dark brown pour, off white head. Cinnamon and all spice on the nose with some nice cinnamon and pumpkin flavors in the taste. Very enjoyable!! DMLINAZ (337) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - SEP 23, 2012
Definitely one of the more interesting pumpkin beers I’ve had. Pours a deep brown. Aroma and flavor match: sweet malts, caramel, roasted, pumpkin (of course), other spices. It’s smooth with light carbonation and a long finish. (9/20/12 Total Wine fall beer tasting.) Ibrew2or3 (8808) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - FEB 1, 2013
22oz orange waxed bomber pours up with a mahogany looking body and supporting a short lived fairly loose tan head of foam. The mild aroma offers up some canned pumpkin meat and faint winter spices. The taste has a pleasing degree of pumpkin notes mixing with cinnamon and nutmeg. There’s a mild sense of roasted malts in the background too helping take this into the finish. clong83 (285) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 10, 2010
Hands down one of the best Pumpkin beers I’ve ever tasted. Never had pumpkin in a porter before, and it’s a great match. Pours dark, and smells of something like spice bread. The taste is a rich pumpkin flavor with a very well-balanced hop kick. All with a nice dense mouthfeel and full malt backbone of caramel and maybe some light coffee notes. Good job! On draft. Dark brown pour, tinge of red, small tan head. Smells great! Cinnamon, roasty, slight pumpkin, nutmeg. Flavors of mild chocolate, allspice, some coffee. Very good & a nice surprise from this brewery.
