Hands down one of the best Pumpkin beers I’ve ever tasted. Never had pumpkin in a porter before, and it’s a great match. Pours dark, and smells of something like spice bread. The taste is a rich pumpkin flavor with a very well-balanced hop kick. All with a nice dense mouthfeel and full malt backbone of caramel and maybe some light coffee notes. Good job! On draft. Dark brown pour, tinge of red, small tan head. Smells great! Cinnamon, roasty, slight pumpkin, nutmeg. Flavors of mild chocolate, allspice, some coffee. Very good & a nice surprise from this brewery. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 18, 2013
(22oz bottle) Pours a brown body with a foamy beige head. Aroma of graham cracker, caramel, chocolate, and pumpkin. Flavor of pumpkin, allspice, caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and graham cracker. mttan02 (29) - Tolleson, Arizona, USA - OCT 10, 2012
Another tasty entry in the pumpkin beer category. Pours very dark brown. Slight head, virtually no lacing. Good pumpkin and spice flavor. Recommended. markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - DEC 22, 2012
22oz bottle care of IBrew2or3. Cheers, Dave! Pours a medium brown with an off-white head. Nose is pumpkin, cinnamon, and allspice with hints of roasted malts, and chocolate underneath. Flavor follows with a nice array of roast, chocolate, pumpkin, and pie spices, but nothing cloying or underewhelming about it. Nice idea and execution in this medium-bodied porter.

Pours a dark black color with a nice tan white head. Aroma is chocolate, spices, and roasted malts. The taste is medium to light bodied with a hint of pumpkin and chocolate malt. Really good beer. DiarmaidBHK (5923) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 22, 2012
Bottle from BevMo Tucson. Pours black with a thin brown head. Some pumpkin and side it’s on the nose. I get more of the roasted malt on the tongue but with some pumpkin as well. Clean finish. Nice! nbutler11 (1305) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Bottle from AZ Wine. Pours mahogany with a trim beige head. Smells of pie spice and pumpkin. Tastes of each with added notes of sweet malt, licorice, cream. Pumpkin without being overly sweet. Nice. BOLTZ7555 (3127) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Impressed and surprised by this given their other offerings! Chestnut and mahogany pour with a dense khaki head. Nice freshly grated nutmeg, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon, and vanilla. The flavors meld incredibly well although I didn’t get a lot of pumpkin, just the spice. Not at all aggressive but assertive enough to remember. Well crafted albeit a little sweet. Medium mouthfeel. Nice start to the fall and will be excited for other special releases from them!
