Tap at the brewpub in Grand Lake. Pours a light reddish brown with no head. Aroma is sweet and mildly hoppy. More hoppiness in the flavor, with some doughy malts to balance it out. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewpub in Grand Lake. Pours a reddish amber with a thin off white head. Aromas of caramel malts, and some slight smoke notes? I think my nose is off today but the flavor seemed to confirm the smoke. Nice hop presence in the mid palate. Interesting beer for sure.

On tap at the Arvada location. Red and clear appearance with a diminishing white head. Notes of caramel, toffee, toasted grains, rich malts and light earthy hops. Mild bitterness and mild sweetness. Nicely balanced and pretty easy to drink. One of the better offerings here IMO.
