Bottle. Malt, grassy hops aroma. Sour hop taste. A bit acidic but passable. Never wouldve guessed this was an amber ale from what I was tasting... may need to try this one again.

From the bottle pours a clear deep reddish brown with a finger or two of pillowy head. Aromas a mix of caramel/chicory malts and fragrant tropical hops. Taste is similar, and lovely. Mild but persistent hop bitterness is there from start to finish. Sweetness starts to emerge as it warms up in your mouth. I get less hop aroma in my mouth than I did in smelling it, but its still there.

Bottle from the brewery store. Aroma is malt and orange peel. Taste is of grapefruit and honey, with some body. Subtle, grapefruity bitter finish. This was nice, a very IPA-tinged amber.

Bouteille 500 ml. 4,6%. Couleur ambre fonce.mousse beige. Arme de malt, caramel, herbes. En bouche, douce, malt caramel, houblon. Finale amre juste pour agacer une autre gorge. Excellente.

A deep amber colour with a beige head that has great retention and creates patchy lacing. A nice 2mm thickness coats the brew. Aromas of caramel, roasted malts and hop. Nice silky smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a nice dry finish. This is created with all the hop included in this brew. I am quite surprise with the bitterness of this amber ale. Almost like a cross between an IPA and an amber ale. Pine needle taste with toffee and grain malt in the aftertaste. Quite a nice treat which I was not expecting. Goes down easy and pretty refreshingly dry with a nice balance between the bitterness and the sweetness.

Very nice indeed. This is a brewery that is consistently producing good beer. Deep brown with a moderate head. A sweet aroma - can detect some caramel and just a hint of hops which come to the forefront upon first sip. Not overpowering, just a mild English-ale level bitterness that is then alleviated by a little bit of malty sweetness. The bitterness comes back and lingers for a while. Really good stuff.

Pours an amber brown with a thick almond top and great lacing. Aroma is lots of malts a little sulphur and earthy hops. Taste is a great blend of malt and light hop and some light cereal. Not bad.

500ml bottle from LCBO. Tastes like bad home brew. Can only hope it was a bad bottle,

bottle. Poured hazy orange with a creamy tan head. Fresh herbal hoppy aroma. Average carbonation, sticky palate. Grapefruit, green tea, caramel malt, hint of pepper. A bit of a metallic finish kinda like a dry red wine. Quaffable.
