Pours a half-finger head that quickly dissipates. Pleasant deep golden color. Aroma is crisp and fruity. Carbonation, quickly followed by a light fruitiness; banana peel, slight citrus and coriander. Full, hearty mouth feel. Overall decent but the flavors seem a little watered down. zvikar (6198) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JAN 10, 2013

Bottle from BevMo. Aroma is of grain and yeast. Not very sweet. Flavor up front is somewhat sweet with a mild spiciness. Decent hefe. Ernest (7722) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Head is initially small, frothy, white, fully diminishing.
Body is dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with a strong note of banana, light note of clove.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, syrupy texture, lively carbonation.
Ultra-simple banana-dominated aroma doesn’t offer much for the nostrils, and the syrupy sweet mouth experience isn’t much fun either. Poor appearance for the style...tiny completely vanishing head is nothing like most Weissbier. A really uninspiring example. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - OCT 31, 2012
I am a wolf tonight and this does not cut it. German weiss beers destroy Americsn IPAs. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - OCT 26, 2012
A cloudy golden body with a white head. Head had minimal retention and no lace. Aroma had some nice bread and wheat malts upfront, some soft pepper notes with mild lemon/ Flavor had a good wheat malt base and a subtle presence of lemon and pepper. There was a bit a sweetness in the finish. A nice smooth body, with minimal carbonation. A easy to drink. SODAK14 (380) - Rapid City, South Dakota, USA - OCT 23, 2012
HA...funny I had the impression as "JOW", I though this was Wyoming but instead is brewed in Idaho. Anyway, I didn’t like it at first (at all) but it kinda grew on me. Didn’t get the banana taste as a lot of others but more of, for lack of a better term, earthy flavor.
