Classic hazy yellow with a white but fleeting head. Very soft aroma of fruity German hef notes. Flavor is quite Bananana-y and overall pretty sweet and not as crisp as better examples of the style.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a nice clove and yeast. Flavor is a nice clove, a touch of spice and a hint of vanilla. This is a pretty decent offering and very sessionable. edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 3, 2012
12 oz bottle pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malts and grains. Taste is malts, bread, bananas and spice. Nuffield (4171) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 25, 2015
Quite a reasonable weisse. Good yellow color, moderately hazy. Sweetness and fruitiness that cuts above the wheat base. Not distinctive, but solidly composed. Easy drinking.

12 oz bottle purchased as a single at MDL in Overland Park, Kansas. Bottled on 10/28/11 according to the label. Pour is slight haze golden yellow with a one inch white head that falls quick. Aroma is banana, bubblegum, wheat, and grassy earthiness. Taste is big on the bubble gum banana sweetness up front, turning towards clove, then finishing with the wheat and a nice mineral. Palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel, lower carbonation, and the lingering yeast and mineral finish. Clean, fresh easy drinking beer. Jow (3925) - New York, USA - OCT 18, 2012
Bottle from micro of month club, thought initially this was a Wyoming brewer so I could grab that stat but alas no, they moved to Idaho. Pours dirty very dirty in fact blonde with no head. Nose of bubblegum and tropocbal fruit. Tastes of grapefruit, banana, orange, cloves, bubblegum, pepper, and some wheat. Crisp but not quite there weihenweizen (3831) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - JUL 28, 2014
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled on February 26, 2014, poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is grainy, medium body, medium carbonation, and some medium bubble lacing. Taste is malty grain, some fruit, and hints of spice, with a long grain finish. Average. jake65 (3695) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Bottle 6/21/12 - Pouirs a pale straw color with a light haze and lots of bubbles. Thin white head is short lived. Staunch aroma of corn, grass, and malts. Tastes slightly sweeter than the aroma would suggest, followed by a crisp grassy and herbal hop finish. Uninteresting. drpimento (3640) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 28, 2010
Poured with a nice off white head that lasts and lots of lace. Color is a slightly cloudy amber. Aroma was traditional Bavarian weisse but like a little overdone - sort of artificial. Flavor is like nose. Body is good and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and of short to medium in length.
