3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
A cloudy golden body with a white head. Head had minimal retention and no lace. Aroma had some nice bread and wheat malts upfront, some soft pepper notes with mild lemon/ Flavor had a good wheat malt base and a subtle presence of lemon and pepper. There was a bit a sweetness in the finish. A nice smooth body, with minimal carbonation. A easy to drink.
Buddy brought this one back from out west. Drank entire 12oz bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with a white head. Aroma was light lemon, grain, very light fruit notes. Flavor was light grains, touch of sweet lemon notes. Not exactly tart, but a light sweetness that was pleasant. ccex (1350) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 31, 2016
12 oz. bottle pours a clear golden color with a moderate but quickly vanishing white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is as expected: banana, yeast, and a touch of clove. Taste is slightly sweet and quite refreshing. The hops come out only in the short finish, with slight bitterness. Body is light to medium with average carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. There’s nothing wrong at all with this one. It satisfied me but wasn;t one of those memorable Hefeweizens. ogre71 (359) - Utah, USA - MAR 31, 2016
I like weisser biers so I was happy with this one lots of good malty flavor smooth easy to drink. Pours a nice hazy golden color with a good head, would recommend. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 31, 2015
1" foamy white head... great retention and lacing.. the brew is hazed golden.
Nose is very fresh of course... balanced nicely between the esters and the phenols... although both seem a tad light... banana and clove play nicely but are not quite as heavy as I would hope for... but that is my PNW mindset playing games.
Not much to say about the flavor that I haven’t already said... the banana begins up front and the clove sorta finishes out.. the palate is better than the aroma by quite a bit in my mind...
Medium/lite body seems spot on... carbonation is also about perfect..
Nothing is wrong with this beer... damn good actually.
I forget how refreshing a well made hefeweizen can be. Nuffield (4189) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 25, 2015
Quite a reasonable weisse. Good yellow color, moderately hazy. Sweetness and fruitiness that cuts above the wheat base. Not distinctive, but solidly composed. Easy drinking.

Bottle, tried while visiting the Grand Tetons. Hazy gold pour with small white head. Nose is German yeast, banana, clove. Flavor follows, with medium body and light spiciness. Good beer for a warm afternoon in Wyoming. northropfrye (3676) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - APR 6, 2015
Lighty buttery, slight banana and vanilla with a tang aroma. Cloudy orangy-yellow body, quickly disappaiting head.Taste is slightly sweet and yeasty, but with a watery finish. Okay hefeweizen. Iphonephan (7190) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - JAN 31, 2015
Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Yeasty nose. Flavors of lemon and tropical fruits. Medium bodied and carbonation. Smooth finish. Darkmagus82 (2302) - - DEC 30, 2014
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a slightly hazy golden-orange color with a small head of bubbly white foam. The head fades super-fast, leaving almost no lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is heaviest of a yeasty smell along with other aromas of a more wheaty and bready smell. Mixed with these smells are some aromas of fruit and spice, with the fruit being a mix of orange, banana, and pear and the spice being of a clove and coriander nature.
Taste – The taste begins as a blend of fruit and wheat with the fruit being of an orange and pear nature. There is also a decent showing of some yeast and spice from the start with these flavors getting stronger as the taste moves onto the end. The spice is heaviest of a coriander nature upfront with more and more clove and pepper joining later on. Other sweeter tastes of banana and a slightly candied sugar taste join the flavor profile later on, leaving one with a rather sweet, yeasty, fruity, and nicely spiced flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the fruity, sweet, and yeasty tastes of the brew the feel was rather nice making for a rather crisp and refreshing but flavorful brew overall.
Overall –A rather nice easy drinking and slightly sweeter and yeastier hefe. Not a bad summer style brew.

Cloudy orange bright pour. Bottle at knife and tine. Grapefruit aroma. Sweet. Fruity and coconut pineapple tastes. Pretty good for the style
