Tasting at SFfiery1 (1844) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 10, 2017
Dirty brown color. Acid aroma, swamp, puke, light acetone. The light residual sweetness is pleasant, it has enough malt depth, balsamic.
330ml bottle @ the office. Pours a hazy brown colour with a small off-white head. Nose is sour dark fruit. Flavour is tangy sour dark fruit and wood. mcberko (20483) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 10, 2017
12 oz. bottle, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with balsamic vinegar, some vinous notes, Worcestershire sauce, and perfume. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice blend of balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine. Nicely acetic, though it is quite jarring on the palate. Solid stuff. Oakes (19712) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 10, 2017
Hazy, light brown. Acetic, woody aroma. On the palate, woody, soft, still more acetic than anything else. Finishes light and too quickly. I’m not nuts about this.
