St. Louis Park location. Chocolate, cocoa and dry malt on the nose. Pours black with a thick khaki head with excellent retention. Flavor reminded me of Guinness Draught. Nose has dark fruit, ume, charcoal. Coffee. Good "stout" aromas.
Mouthfeel is watery and light beery. Palate has light charcoal, roasted malt. No bitterness.

tap sampler in Troy, MI. Poured opaque black with a thick creamy beige head with lasting lace. Aroma is roasted with coffee notes. Medium thick mouthfeel with smooth carbonation, finishes dry. Roasted malt flavour with coffee and burnt chocolate notes.

Tap at granite city in Kansas City, MO. Poured a darker brown color with a nice tan head. Aroma was coffee, roasted malts and chocolate. Very dry finish. Thiin and watery body.
