Mug club pour. Unfiltered, opaque brown-burgundy. The frozen glass doesn’t help, mutes the already simple flavors. Watery body, not much yeast character. Certainly improves as the glass defrosts. tap at Fort Wayne location - Pours hazy dark brown with a thin off-white head. It smells of yeast and bananas. The flavor is sweet with caramel and bananas. There’s a little bitterness and some warmth in the finish of this medium bodied brew. Not bad, GC.
By the way, I was told at the pub that the abv is around 7%, which is high for the style if correct.

had this at the Fargo location, pours brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is strong banana and clove with light caramel. Flavor is sweet all the way through with banana and caramel, like a banana foster’s.
