Nearly clear dark amber. Crisp. Watery lacing. Malty but not sweet. Spices. Mild. bluemooner (657) - East Bethel, Minnesota, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is caramel malt. Flavor is a lot of caramel malt with hints of grain and autumn notes. Light body with medium carbonation. All right. jsquire (4490) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - OCT 5, 2012
On tap at the Ft. Wayne Granit City. Deep amber color with an ivory foamy head. Nose of malted grains and Play D’oh. Caramel sweetness with some sweetened tea, some light toast and faint burnt grains in the finish. This is a little thin, but okay for trucked in wort. nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 22, 2012
Draft at Granite City Madison. Filtered bronze-orange, large beige/off-white head. A little overly malt sweet, not much hop character to balance it out. Not really perfect certainly, but at least it’s not infected. Classic in a way, smooth and sessionable, doughy sweet finish. Highly acceptable considering the two free Brats and chips, and hugish 25oz pout for 3.35.

Clear light orangish golden with a fizzy head. Sweet malty molasses aroma and taste with light grain finish. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - DEC 29, 2011
Draft at GC Rockford. Pours a clear amber with minimal white head. Aroma of caramel malt. Taste is light sweet. Earthy leaves and caramel. Medium-light bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, ok. Pretty average Oktoberfest beer. Not something I would get again. triguy84 (235) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 15, 2011
Pours clear copper & a thin head - I’d like this a little darker. Moderate malt aroma. Moderate malt flavor. Medium-light body, light hop bitterness. An average Oktoberfest, needs more flavor & body. csaso (2284) - Missouri, USA - DEC 1, 2011
Tap - big foamy head, light amber color, sweet malty aroma and flavor - not the best Oktoberfest but not bad heemer77 (5358) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - NOV 5, 2011
Rich copper body with a light off white head. Nose of fall leaves and caramel. There is also some fresh dough. The taste is fall leaves with some bread crust. There is also a bit of apple sweetness. Decent.
