This draft brew from a beer festival poured a head of finely sized bubbles that left behind a body with no visible carbonation and weak orange in color. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The dry flavor contained notes of coriander hops and malt. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again. undsioux7 (872) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - AUG 25, 2015
Decent wit. Medium body cloudy yellow with a small white head. Orange wheat and lemon with a touch of Belgian yeast. edgallow (4689) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 2, 2014

Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma is very floral with some perfume qualities. Tart citrus taste that stays pretty refreshing and light. Best GC brew I had this time around. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Draft. From notes. Very light and watery. Orange citrus and dank wheat. Meh.

Cloudy. Orange added. Tastes exactly what it is...a witbier. Ok, but not memorable. BeerCook (18) - Midland, Michigan, USA - JUL 17, 2012
Clear and golden in color. Subtle aroma with clean and refreshing palate. Flavorful for a summer ale.

On tap at the Peoria location. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Medium bodied creamy flavors. Nose of yeast lemon coriander and wheat. Really refreshing yeasty wheat tart flavors with some lemon and a coriander finish. Great for a hot day, this goes down too easy.

Server at the Fargo location called their specialty brew a white beer, so I hope this is it. Hazy golden yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Arona of orange peel ans spice. Taste is heavily spiced citrus. Cornfield (5569) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - SEP 23, 2007
Tap: Nice pour, a hazy pale straw body with a respectable head. It smells of coriander, wheat, and a splash of tangerine. Soft mouthfeel. The flavor is slightly tart, yeasty, and tastes of soft wheat malt with the coriander flavor growing as you drink. An orange rind bitterness along with sweet grasses comes in at the finish. Not bad.
