Good lager, a little bitter but has a medium aftertaste. Pretty good beer to have with pub food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pours a pale yellow with thin white head. light body. a touch of malt, a touch of hops and a clean finish. Take this for what it is - a macro masquerading as a micro. Would beat almost any of the macro lagers - just not by much.

Tranquillity (2612) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 11, 2017
Draft. The body is clear yellow with a thick white head. The aroma has yeast and is weak. The tastes is fresh though.

AleRider78 (1521) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 27, 2016
Pours a huge foamy white head that sticks around for a while. Has a straw/light golden appearance. Quite active carbonation. Aromas of grainy malts and mild bready notes as well as earthy hops. Definitely that lager aroma quality. Sweeter than usual lager flavours. Light malts and very mild citrus hops. Hints of lime and a bit of corn notes as well. Has a somewhat astringent mouthfeel with fairly lively carbonation. Slight tingling sensation on the palate. Not bad.

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 4, 2016
Clear dark straw color with a good layer of activity. Very faint foamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, making a bit of lacing. Flavors of sweet grains, barley, light caramel and lemon, with herbal spices. Thick sugary feel, with almost sour hops. Oily full body with soft prickly carbonation. Light to medium strength finish, biscuity and bready, highly syrupy with very coarse leafy hops. Badly flavored, almost with an aftertaste of puke from a wet bitter corn feel, and it’s way too syrupy. Doesn’t feel very fresh, hardly smells anything...no enjoyment here. Overall bad quality craft.

Average lager at best. Sort of sweet and really malty. Pours copper with a tan head. Had out of a bottle in Vancouver ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Malt and light grass aroma. malt and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and light mineral lingers.

Brettsky06 (536) - Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 12, 2016
A little better than most lagers. Clear yellow color with a bit of hops in the flavor

UXO (1896) - CANADA - JUN 12, 2016
Appearance: clear pale gold with a short-lived white head, minimal patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: grassy, pale crackery malt, corn, light fruit. (5/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter. (5/10) Light body, moderate carbonation, medium-dry and crisp mildly bitter finish. (3/5) A straightforward pale lager without much to recommend it - but on the other hand, not much to criticize. Went down a treat after yard work, and certainly better than a mass market lager, but nothing unique to make me search it out again. (11/20)

It's too bad granville island couldn't carry over their unique body mouthfeel of their ales to this lager. A bit better than mass produced lagers, slight hoppiness, but still nothing great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
