Keg @Cafe Abseits, Bamberg. 07-08-2016.
Pours quite clean dark gold with nice white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Malty, DMS, bready, caramel nose. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is malty, biscuits, little caramel. Sweet aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Clear copper with medium white head. Aroma is grass, herbs, lemon, some peachy malt. Taste is fresh herbal hoppy sourness with a sweet malty body. Hop bitterness as well. In the finish some dirty ugly alcoholic juicy malt. Still Ok.

Rich copper color with a soft off white head. Sweet toasted malt aroma. Clean moderately sweet toasted flavor. Notes: Bottle as a gift from my German friend

Aroma; grass, mild hops, pale malts, attic. Look; fawn bighead, clear deep golden body. Taste; malts, caramel malts, grassy soft hops - leading to a malty finish. Feel; normal. Overall; normal. [50cl.btl 5.0% BB13092016]

Bottle pours light amber, some wispy grayish foam on top. Nose of old iron and light caramel, faint vanilla impression. Harmoniously bttersweet, a melding of light caramel and earthy-dusty bitterness with a distinct mineral tang, medium bodied, lingering bitter aftertaste helping to seem less dry than it is. In the same vein as a St. Georgen but better balanced and possibly easier to drink.

w aromacie karmel, miód, trochę owoców i metalu. Smak mocno słodowy, karmel. Zostawia niezbyt przyjemną goryczkę. Nic specjalnego.

Courtesy of Fisler, little aroma, rather foamy with plenty of carbon dioxide, not so easy to drink

Tap at Café Abseits. Deep copper-amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is malty, dark bread, a bit earthy-nutty as well. Taste is dark bread, a bit bubblegum, dirty slightly metallic aromas (open fermentation?), bitter slightly grainy finish. Soft oily mouthfeel. Interesting!
