750mL bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. Lemon, apple, some funk, slightly tart. I really liked the lemon flavor to this Saison. It made it very drinkable and refreshing.

sweet, yeasty, citrus aroma.
Taste is light, delicate, sweet, a light sweet frothiness, so refreshing.
This beer is sexy. beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - JAN 19, 2014
Bottle. Batch#1 Pours a hazy medium yellow orange. Lasting large rocky white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, yeasty, light peppery. First sip..wow. Just perfect. So balanced. Everything is just right and flows so seamlessly. Sweetness, bitterness, tartness, yeastiness, dryness all there and working together beautifully. Supremely drinkable and refreshing. This beer makes me happy. Gamin (146) - Brockport, New York, USA - JAN 28, 2014
Brett aroma with hints of pineapple. Taste is mild acidity and earthiness. Nice and earthy and wonderful. It's a wonderful celebration beer! mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - AUG 9, 2013
Very unappealing ugly generic label. Inside the bottle is a different story. Lovely Hazy golden color. Great beer. Ahhhh! beautiful oak. Barrel beers are heavenly. Really delicious. Mild sharpness to the oak. Reminds me of Telegraph only not as soft and creamy. Wheat, funk, hay, barn, french, light spice. Ooooh this is good! Perfect palate.medium body, creamy, sticky, bitter, long finish. An Amazing wedding beer.

Hazy straw, unbelievably beautiful, dense, rocky white head. Great lace. Smells like funk, pepper, hay, light citrus...summer in a glass. Flavor is sharp lemon citrus, which fades into a very pleasant funk, as well as faint pineapple and peppery accents. Great complexity ranging from earthy to funky to acidic fruit. Really dry finish invites you to finish it faster than you should. Unreal... Wish I had a case of this. sethdude (706) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JAN 1, 2015
Pours hazy blond with small flocculation and a creamy white head that thins out quickly into rocky flotillas on the top of the beer. Aroma is spot on- wafts of soil, basement, cheese, bandaids, lemon, black pepper, funk, fresh-cut grass. Flavor is similarly perfect- initially warm and slightly bready and slightly spicy (black pepper, coriander), warming immediately into a funky and then tart bit- an nice sour note that comes and then goes, so as to not overpower the rest. Badaids, earth, burlap, a salty note towards the end. Lots of lemon stays between my tongue and teeth after the swallow. Simply perfect saison, quite possibly my new favorite. Wow. Bottle sharing @ Budapest. Hazy yellow colour. Very nicely balanced, classic saisony spiciness mixing good with bretty lemny barnyard. Light complementary sourness. Also tartness. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - JUL 10, 2013
Light wet farm and spice and floral scents. A cloudy enough to not see through the glass but not so cloudy you cant see the stream of small bubble in the center. mmm I am smelling it some more it smells amazing. Light body but flavor that increases from a light straw into a delicious bitter funk. It fades slowly leaving you time to consider the variety of spicy, earthy and fruity flavors. UPDATED: MAR 3, 2014 My Bottom Line :
Citrusy, floral and bready throughout, this dazzling Wild Saison adds herbal wild yeast angles to the very refreshing dryness and delicate tartness.
Further Personal Perceptions :
-A dollop of foam decorates the hazy straw blond.
-Gets breadier when the yeast is poured in. This second glass blurs out some of the masterpiece felt in the first glass, but it’s a wondrous Saison nonetheless at this point.
-Chlorophyl-like vivacity seems to ooze from the hops and yeast signature.
-The finish evokes gentle wild yeast greenness alongside herbal hop bitterness.
-Drinkability is through the roof.
-All flavors are soooo well balanced and harmonious.
