Bottle. 2015 version. Batch 2. Pours a hazy pale gold hue with a white head. Aroma is lime, brett, funk. Taste is lime, hibiscus, funk, barnyard, yeast, oak. Moderate to high carbonation. Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light funky ester. Taste is a mix of tart notes with funky Brett notes and easily distinguishable lime notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of lime and Brett notes with some complexities.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2017 A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light brett, ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. Pours little hazy dak gold-amber with frothy whit head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Citrusy, zesty, little barnyard, hay nose. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is little tart, citrusy, earthy, some wood character.
Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is herbal, some wooden notes with mild dry wood as well as some floral and fruity notes. Flavour is grassy, some dry wooden notes, mild berries and some citrusy notes. Quite complex, but still easy to drink.
