Bottle, may 6th 2016. Unclear golden body with a small disappearing white head. Aroma is funky with brett, lime, mango. Taste is dry and crisp, low bitterness, juicy fruits, spicy yeast and brett. Tart finish, extremely refreshing. McWorta (1633) - LUXEMBOURG - JUL 17, 2016
Bright pink-grapefruit rosé colour, opal with a fine poring white head. Aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, unripe peach and melon, floral with some funky barnyard notes, horseblanket, hibiscus flowers at the back end with hints of wood and a faint whaff of roses. Fine perlage developping some tangy effervescence, mild texture, light-medium bodied. Brisk flowery sweetness up front with a well developped sourness offering a pleasant astrignency leading to some more bitterness. Somewhat tart finish yet bright. Despite the cold images conjured by its name, Arctic Soiree is the perfect companion to a scorching day. While I generally hate it when someone says anything tastes "summery" it’s hard not to use that descriptor for this beer. The hibiscus gives this beer a pinkish tint. This Grassroots brew smells floral, citrusy, and lightly earthy. It transcends the flavor profile, too. The sweet hibiscus slightly offsets the barnyard and horse blanket notes from the Brett. Likewise, the lime juice lifts the taste to keep it from being too heavy or bready and blends with this beer’s natural sourness. A medium-dry finish; very refreshing. I haven’t had any losers from Grassroots. Arctic Soiree keeps a good thing going.

Finally tagging this one, bottle, hazy, pinkish amber, white head disappeared. Aroma is lemon, lime, hibiscus. Taste is lemon, black pepper, peach, melon, oak. Palate is light, carbonation average, very soft. This has a sweetish center that balances the acid nicely. onceblind (10855) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 1, 2016
