Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Coleen. Pours mostly clear, grapefruit pink with a fine, quickly dissipating white foam head. Nice aroma, lots of bright lime, some florals, background brett funk. Light sweet flavor, some nice citrus notes, a bit of rindy bitterness, slight grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate citrusy sweetness on the finish, mellow tartness, some pale bread, melon. Delightful. Easy drinking.
