What a fantastix beer, complex well balance, citrus and flowers aroma.very recommended! shadbow (84) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - APR 12, 2014
Yummy sour. Bright and fresh. Not too sour or acidic. Floral notes are present more in the taste than the aroma.

Despite the cold images conjured by its name, Arctic Soiree is the perfect companion to a scorching day. While I generally hate it when someone says anything tastes "summery" it’s hard not to use that descriptor for this beer. The hibiscus gives this beer a pinkish tint. This Grassroots brew smells floral, citrusy, and lightly earthy. It transcends the flavor profile, too. The sweet hibiscus slightly offsets the barnyard and horse blanket notes from the Brett. Likewise, the lime juice lifts the taste to keep it from being too heavy or bready and blends with this beer’s natural sourness. A medium-dry finish; very refreshing. I haven’t had any losers from Grassroots. Arctic Soiree keeps a good thing going. BenH (3439) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 25, 2014

Batch 1. November 2013. Cloudy pinkish orange amber. Small ring of white head. Aroma is champagne like. Hibiscus, lime, pink grapefruit, yeasty, mild to moderate Brett, very light funk. The Brett and fruitiness collaborate beautifully. Flavor follows. Lighter bodied with good carbonation. Elegant and beautiful. JustDrinkIt (261) - Arizona, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Pours a pink grapefruit color with average pink tinted head. Aroma is strong guava, passion fruit, sour lime. The flavor is more subdued, still prominent guava, somewhat watery but like a cold tea, hibiscus comes through on the finish. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Orange/pinkish color with a mostly white head. Flavors of tart fruit, some herbal notes, funk, leather, earthy tones, yeast, light biscuit malt. Pretty damn nice stuff! pinkie (470) - New York, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Pours hazy pink with orange and with golden hues. No kidding , pink. I have seen a beer like it that poured the color or rose wine. Noe is lovely. Pink grapefruit that is just sweet, brett that is just sour and has only a hint of the barnyard on it. Beautiful hibiscus flora and a crisp and cool lime. Malt i s soft and sweet what else would it be? Seems festive in a way because who expects a pink beer?
Nose i s lovely with a bit of brett , sour and a little funk but not too much. Cool fresh lime and a touch of the flower petal from the hibiscus. Pink grapefruit that is just sweet and a bit earthy rounds out this lovely nose. Subtle but striking. Slight tartness or fruity acidic quality. Airy light and perfumey.
taste is fresh cool lime, flowery petals of the hibiscus, pink grapefruit that is sweeter than you expected a light bread that is almost invisible except that it make s the mouthfeel. A bit of sour from the earthy funky yeast and to bring it home a bit of hops that don’t offer a bitter but remind you in a subtle way that they could have done that.
I loved this darn delightful subtly sweet saison. Light on the palate and really well crafted

Bottle from Total Wine Tucson. This thins is nice. It pours a nice reddish orange hue in the light. Aroma is jamaica, lightly bretty, slight funk, lemony. Fruity and tart. Flavor is similar. There is a nice light underlying funkiness from the brett and solid fruity flavors. Berries and hibiscus notes. Lightly oaked. Very solid brew. Everyone loved this who tried it.
