Bottle at ACBF. Opaque black beer, residual dark brown head. Crispish palate. Minerally dark malt that isnt heavy or light but right in the middle. Very nice subtle fruit notes. Trace of coffee and brett. Nice beer - doesnt clobber you but has a lot going on.

Nose is roasted malt, coffee, elegantly blended-in alcohol notes, feel is quite broad, carb is mediumheavy, taste is bitter hops on coffee, sweeter alcohol traces, then warm finish

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a tiny light brown head. Prunes and other dried fruit in the nose while the roast is fairly downplayed. Full-bodied, very intense, plenty of licorice, dried dark fruits again and even a hint of tobacco. Theres a slight malt astringency - not much funk though. Very juicy and delicious - yum indeed. 140311

Draft. A pitch black beer with a thin dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of hops, roasted malt, alcohol, and dextrose. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, smoke, wood, soy sauce, and hops, leading to a dry, roasted, and hoppy finish.

Smells a bit like dirty shoes haha. Black in color with no head. Deep roasty flavor with interesting yeast tones (apparently brett). This is a bit of a confussing beer. Notes: Alvinne CBF 11

Fad: Sort gennemsigtig l med et fint lille skumhoved. Stter sig imellem al for mange stole. Bitter som en IPA, brndt som en stout og gret som en saison fungerer bare ikke for mine smagslg. Ellers dejligt med lidt funk.

pitch black, smooth brown head. Hoppy green roasted malty aroma. Flavor is herbal, licorice, roasted stuff, exotic fruits. Nice experiment, but not really to my liking.
