Keg at Three Penny Taproom - Montpelier, VT. Pours. Loudy gold with a moderate, frothy white head. The aroma holds lightly doughy pale malsts, touches of hay and yeast, and the chamomile definitely comes through. Light to medium sweet flavor with bready malts, mandarin orane, lemon merengue, faint citrua rind bitterness, more chamomile tea. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with more bready malts, whippy merengue, chamomile, semi-ripe citrus fruits. Very tasty and quite novel. TaktikMTL (7921) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 23, 2013

Draft at Pig. Pours ultra hazy straw gold with not much lace or heady to note. Aromas and flavor of basil, earth tea, lemon zest, well water, pollen, yeast, florals and lemongrass. Medium to fuller body, long lasting and layered with flavors. Amazing. egajdzis (6693) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, lemongrass, orange, and yeast. Taste of citrus, lemongrass, spices, yeast, toast, and a dry finish. Spices were there, but subtle, really nice. Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 12, 2013
In short: A no-style refreshing blonde ale with a fun lemongrass-floral character. Good beer.

How: Tap at Prohibition Pig, Waterbury VT.
The look: Cloudy yellow-blonde body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose is lemongrass, a bit fruity, a bit floral, . In mouth the beer has a nice juicy texture with a lot of soft bubbles. Taste is very refreshing. Juicy fresh lemongrass, blood orange, grapefruit juice, crackers, mild notes of chamomile. Finish is juicy and with a refreshing bitterness of low-medium intensity. Chamomile is well integrated and doesn’t turn the beer into a gimmick beer. Certainly not an aromatic hop bomb like I’ve come to expect from HF/Grassroots but this is a fun refreshing not-too-gimmicky blonde ale with a personality of its own. And I swear, if another local beer pub waiter calls me a worthless drunk I’m gonna ask him to step outside with me so we can discuss other things we agree on.
Une larme de miel, des notes de citronnelle et une sensation de saison en bouche. Bon sans être mémorable. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 1, 2013
Golden and cloudy. Nice head retention
Very herbal nose. Oranges and clover honey. Mild nose overall
Very soft and delicate. Nice bitterness at the finish. It has this floral element that’s really interesting. I can’t pinpoint the spiciness but its spicy in an herbal way. It’s a very drinkable beer. Certainly something I want to try again. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 2, 2013

On tap at blackback... Pours a hazy pale light hay resembling brown and topped with. A creamy white head... Pale grain, lightly bready, and a decent Belgian yeast profile. Touch of lemon and mint on the backend... Pale bready with a lighter somewhat subtle banana yeasty note. Earthy to some degree with a semi-sweet middle. Lightly bitter backend with some lemon accents. Lighter bodied with softer carbonation. Drinkable and more than adequate
