CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy orange. Nnice honey aroma. Flavour is soft malty with honey above. The honey lingers long into the finish. Ungstrup (37677) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2004
A hazy orange beer with a beutiful light brown head. The aroma is of fruit, wood, honey, and hops. The flavor is light yet powerful, it contains notes of honey and wood and ends on a nice hoppy dryness. This is a very nice honey beer, since the sweetness of honey is not present at all - only the aromas and flavors. joergen (28177) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 6, 2004
Amber colour with a small off-white head.
Sweet metallic aroma with notes of honey and hops. Malty flavour with notes of peaches and a bit alcohol, well balanced bitterness.
Unfortunately it’s quite expensive. anders37 (26657) - Malmö, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2005
Hazy orange colour. Fast disappearing white head leaving a lace on the rim. Aroma is a bit sweet and malty, some hints of honey and alcohol too. Sweet taste with hints of honey and hops. Leaving it with a nice sweet warming aftertaste. This is a nice beer.

Bottled. Honeyish golden colour, not much head. Honey, alcohol and hops in aroma. Sweetish metallic honey on flavour with hops kicking in and giving some balance to it. Aftertaste is very weird mix of bitterish hops and sweet honey. Alcohol fits in, but disturbs the whole. omhper (25160) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 17, 2004
Sampled draught at Dansk Ølfestival.Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 20, 2005
Hazy, deep golden. Distinct honey aroma. Sweet, but not at all cloying. Soft and near full bodied with gentle mouthfeel. Notes of tobacco and pleasant late bitterness. Complex and well balanced.
(On tap) Dark orangey golden with a light, creamy head. Slightly hazy. The Tasmanian honey do add some subtle flavours but not much sweetness. Incredibly balanced. Very nice brew. 110705 madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 29, 2011

Copenhagen beer festival. Clear gold beer. Sweet and spicy. The sweetness is honeyish but this is more than offset by the dry spice (ie not in a good way).
DØE. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and honey. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 290515
