Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard. (Dark Christmas) Dark brown colour with a beige head. Roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel, chocolate, spices. Nice mouthfeel. Spicy malty finish. Not bad.

The taste is a bit watery, and a little wine-ish. Notes of chocolate
The scent is really sweet, but with notes of coffee.

Gusher. Big fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, butterscotch, grass, weeds, minerals, harsh spices, metal tank, soap. Taste is harsh metallic, weeds, metal tank, butterscotch, harsh spices, minerals, grass, sour caramel, bark, paper, soap. Medium bitterness, sour-ish harsh metallic mouthfeel. Drainpour!
Bottle as Grauballe Dark Christmas. Dark brown with light beige froth. Aroma has toasted malt, caramel and light notes of veg and wood. Mellow spice flavour, sweet with wood and caramel.
