Draught. Dark muddy brown with a great head. Fresh slightly fruity too carbonated, slghtly bitter. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
(On tap) Very dark and almost opaque, with a very smal, very fine head. No less than six malts one of which is smoked, which you barely sense. In spite of all the malt this appears less sweet than the brewery’s Rød Mosebryg. The same First Gold hops are used, but in this brew the hops offer more resistance to the sweet malts and they leave a solid dose of bitterness. Again a splendid and harmonious brew from Grauballe. 220505 Dalle (1145) - Skørping, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2005
