At first the beer seem to be over carbonated resulting in a massive head. Aroma dominated by yeast and malty raisin. Amber body Malts dominate and the bitterness is mild lemon. Rather sour and bitter finish.

Bottle, Røde Kristian Øko. Clear copperish amber, small offwhite head. Malty, caramely aroma. Flavour is sourish, malty with bitter hops. Some kind of citrus. Finishes with a not so pleasant, slightly metallic note.

En syrlig sag. Den har en meget syrlig eftersmag som nok for mange vil være for meget, men ellers stilren øl!
