Danish: Sort Sol kræver sin mand selv om den er let drukket. En stout med en diskret smag af karamelmalt og et kraftigt bid af mørkristede malte. Den unikke humling fremhæver maltsmagen. Sort Sol kan efter brygmesterens mening drikkes når som helst til hvad som helst. Brygget af bygmalte og humle.

larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2011
Big brown head. Barely translucent deep dark red body with strong carbonation. Resiny wooden licorice aroma with roasty spicy lacquer notes. Very harmonic. Dry-sweet earthy roasty licorice taste with metallic caramelly notes. Mid-to-full body. Mild, soft, rounded mouthfeel. A bit dense and closed, perhaps, but still nice. Dryish earthy chocolatey roasty aftertaste, somewhat musty, with spicy lacquer notes. Nice, drinkable, and smooth. (0.5l bottle, Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Fra flaske, dufter metallisk og mørkristet malt... super flot sort med lyse brunt skum... smager kaffe, ristet malt , mørk chokolade... sød, ristet eftersmag... alt i alt en dejlig stout! :)
