On tap at the Brew Pub. It’s listed as a English Brown ale, but it seemed like the standard Brown ale to me. There was a small amount of sweetness along with the nutty biscuit flavor. Somewhat of a dry finish. Boliv (1150) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 11, 2010
Growler. Pours very dark ruby red, brownish, with a small tan head. Aromas of roasted cocoa, caramel, funky papaya and tropical fruit, with a touch of coffee. Flavor is sweet roasty chocolate and light coffee, sweet malt, and a bit of bitter cocoa. Refreshing ale, dry finish. Pretty nice one. Thanks Dad! mkobes (2142) - paramus, New Jersey, USA - MAY 1, 2005
