jbruner (5285) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - NOV 12, 2017
Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of typical banana and light clove esters, sweet biscuit behind. Taste is higher on the clove, lower on the banana, same on the wheat. Decent for what it is.

At downtown location. Had a weird aroma that would occasionally pop up. Other than that pretty decent rendition of the style. Serving: Tap

On tap at the Wausau location. Pours a hazy light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy wheat with a bit of sweetness and a touch of clove. Flavor has more of a sweet wheat bite with light fruits and a bit of clove.

shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUN 27, 2016
Draft. Orange, peach, wheat malt and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet orange-lemon, wheat malt, and lightly bitter straw flavor. Light plastic aftertaste. Decent wheat beer but doesn’t have many typical weizen characteristics.

2.7
hotstuff (5258) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 21, 2015
Rated on 7-04-2015 at Great Dane. This draft beer has a very small head that mostly diminishes, straw cloudy body and spotty lacing. The aroma is wheat, malt, some hops, and spicy. The flavor is wheat, malt, light spice, and some hops. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. This beer is quaffable and easy drinking; however, it does not have much character to speak of and is rather bland tasting.

Draft. A pretty basic wheat beer , heavier on the spices rather than banana, not served wiht a lemon,.

thedm (6319) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUL 6, 2015
This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy white colored bubbles that were and left behind a no visible carbonation hazy yellow colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was malty wheat and lagerish. The smooth mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a mellow hoppy aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of wheat banana hops malt and bread dough. An OK brew just nothing special.

3.3
Dogbrick (13763) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the downtown brewpub. Cloudy straw color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, banana and malt. Light body with flavors of herbal yeast, biscuit malt and bananas. The finish is sweet with a citrus and wheat aftertaste. Decent overall.
