Strykzone (7807) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - AUG 11, 2008
Very very light clear gold. Feels nice and fizzy. Some honey, malts and hop. Quite sweet. Quite forgettable, too.

CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - NOV 18, 2007
On tap at the brewpub on 6/22/07: Pours a transparent lifeless pale golden with a thin wisp of white bubbles. Aroma of pale grainy malt with a touch of noble hops. Body starts light and semi-sweet with some grain and maize flavor before a thinner bittersweet finish. A pretty boring and bland brew, but not offensive.

Ughsmash (7502) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 16, 2006
On tap downtown. Poured a clear, very lighter straw yellow with a medium cap of white head. Nose was faint with corn mash, wheaty yeast, and pale malty sweetness. Flavor was about the same... smooth with sweet bready malts and a mild surrounding bitterness. Smooth and creamy on the palate... lighter-bodied... decent.

JPDIPSO (6300) - Wauwatosa, USA - JUN 29, 2006
Straw color with a small white head. Lots of lace. Hints of malt and grass in the aroma. Full grass and rubber flavors attack the palate - Akin to standing a bat with the infield mowed and a new home plate. Light lemon and malt in the finish, but too late to save this one.

muzzlehatch (4975) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 16, 2006
Draught half pint at the brewpub, early August 2006. Light gold, very clear, with a faint lasting head and no lacing....bit of creamed corn, apple, pale malts and honey in the subtle nose, with faint herbal/grassy tones emerging late....a bit vegetal at first on the tongue but this fades rather quickly, lightly toasted grains dominate, a bit of dried grass, no real hops, light pale malts....ehh, it’s ok for what it is.

Chicago Trip. Sunday 20:50+. Sample tray. Yellow water look, taste and smell.

GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - JUL 6, 2007
Draft at the brewpub (downtown location). Poured a clear golden color. Head was thin, white, and left only minimal lace behind. Watered down aroma with slight whiffs of caramel and cereal grain. Slightly sweet on the tongue. Plenty of pleasant malty caramel and fresh cereal grain flavor. There was also a milky aftertaste I’ve never experienced before with a beer.

1FastSTi (3358) - Glendale, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 17, 2006
Pours to a shiny golden body with a nice visible carbonation and creamy white head. The flavor is a very muted perfumey/floral hop. Perhaps lavendar and chamomille. Corn adjuncts hide under the nice hops. The aroma is floral tea. Refreshing. Perhaps a touch of saison or farmhouse in this. The palate is thin, carbonated, nicely velvety texture. Refreshing.
