Sampled on draught: Poured sort of reddish-copper colour with a small white head. Aroma was pleasent, noticeable cinnamon, bready and ginger notes on the nose. It was looking good so far but then i tasted it and was dissapointed immediately. Flavors were weak, mouthfeel was light, spritzey but taste was super thin. Not overly malty but just dull flavours. Lightly hazed, light copper color with a smallish off-white head. Aromas of dough and ginger, not a big surprise, but not overpowering and a nice seasonal scent. Flavors follow well with the scent. Some malt and dough mix with ginger to give a cookie quality. The ginger is not sharp or overdone (something that I have found to be a hard thing to happen in many a ginger brew). A pleasant ginger brew.
