Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear orange with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of grass and hay with earthy grains underlying. Flavor has a very earthy citrus backed by grains and hay. jackl (8022) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 6, 2017
Keg @ Great Dane. Deep golden pour with a small white head. Nose has some gentle citrus and pine character. Flavor skews fairly sweet for the style. Honeydew melon, honeyed grain. Light caramel. Pine and light citrus hop. Medium body, spritzy carb. Sort of watery. crossovert (12642) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 23, 2015
Draft. Pretty ho hum offering, basic malt flavors, spices, herbs, citrus, mostly malty. Travlr (24292) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 9, 2015
Draft at the source. Clear bright golden color. Aroma of light fruit. Taste has citrus and summer fruit. Plain. Dogbrick (12918) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the downtown brewpub. Pours a clear deep orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, roast malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Taster on tap at GTMW. Totally hazy orange color, kind of vibrant. Thin off-white khaki head. Leaves decent thicker lace. Impressive, big grapefruity kind of creme citrus hop aroma up front. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Lightly spicy, some caramel malt, but flavor is impressively hop-forward. Medium to bigger body, kind of slick. Smooth, kind of soft lighter carbonation. Solid hoppier pale ale, with a bigger malt base too. Drinks like 6.5% plus, bordering on IPA territory. Better than expected. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 24, 2014
Pours a nice dark amber color, just a decent amount of off-white head. Pine and bread on the nose. Grassy, piney, and bready on the palate. bartlebier (3946) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - APR 19, 2014

burger/giant brat place in Georgetown, DC. Looks plain and watery, amber with a golden hue, but provided a fair sessional balance of everything you need in an APA: a subtle floral touch, some caramel malt, gentle lingering Cascade citrus rind bitterness. Quick drinker, ideal with and coincidentally appropriate to the same home state as my very salty "brat".
Ruby red color. Little head. Not much aroma. Very earthy flavor. Minimal hop taste. Much more prominent malt. Ok jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 23, 2013
