Draught at Great Divide. Pours cloudy yellow with an average, frothy white head, diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, grain, hay, cereal), light hop (herbs), heavy yeast (earth) with notes of pear and ginger. Light bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and sourness. I am glad another brewer is doing a berliner weisse, as it is hard to find them.

Dogbrick (12587) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 17, 2009
Sample at the Great Divide Tap House in Denver. The beer is a hazy golden color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes slowly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and mild hops. Medium, clean body with flavors of earthy malt, citrus and wheat. The finish is short and malty with a vaguely fruity wheat aftertaste. Just average overall.

Gold pour, white head. GABF week 2014. This is ok, but not my favorite. A tad watery, the sourness is ok, some light yeasty notes creeping in, a bit a funk. Not horrible, but not what I was hoping for.

Tap @ Great Divides 18th Anniversary Party. Hazy yellow appearance with a carbonated white head. Somewhat lemony, somewhat tart, dull grainy aroma. A little tart, lemon citrusy, moderate coconut and vanilla, carbonated flavor. Low alcohol- 2% I believe. Light wood note.

j12601 (10089) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 20, 2009
On tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a lightly milky yellow with a thin white head. Very faint mustard, light acid, and a hint of sourness. Creamy mouthfeel due to the ample carbonation. Light straw and a slightly chalky acid. Really missing the sourness that makes this style stand out, but definitely something drinkable.
