On tap at the brewery. Cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma and flavor of tart/sour notes, bread, coriander and lemon zest. Light body. Smells better than it tastes, a little husky and grainy, but somewhat refreshing. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 1, 2014
Gold pour, white head. GABF week 2014. This is ok, but not my favorite. A tad watery, the sourness is ok, some light yeasty notes creeping in, a bit a funk. Not horrible, but not what I was hoping for. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2014
Poured at WTF 2014 GABF Edition (Denver, CO). Pours a hazy golden hue, nice glow with frothy eggshell white head. A nice thicker ring atop laces well enough. Aromas are a bit tart and lactic, lemon and yogurt with flaked wheat, bread and straw. Touches of fruit, a bit flabby. Initial is watery and thin, a touch tart with some lemon, pineapple and fruit. Some touches of water, bread. Middle is dry, a bit tart and yogurty. Mellow, flabby, bready. Some touches of cobwebs, twangy lactic. Just not quite on.
