Atlas_Forgiven (13) - - OCT 27, 2014A pretty wicked beer, and only slightly better than the Claymore. Great Divide did a good job on this beer
ttroha (523) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 30, 2013Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Aroma of malts and scotch. Full bodied beer with flavors of scotch, malt raisin. A slightly bitter and almost tangy aftertaste. Not a favorite dark beer of mine, but it’s decent and filling. This beer will definitely fill you up.

arminjewell (9756) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 8, 2012Described as oak-aged claymore, pour was dark red with off white head on tap at the brewery for Firkin Friday. Aroma brought notes of smoke, oak, caramel, some burnt toast and earth notes in there as well. Taste was a nice mix of smoke and molasses, hints of oak and slight vanilla, some earth and burnt notes, finishes fairly sweet. Not bad, wish the oak came in a bit more but fairly good.
