Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hop (grass), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard) with notes of lemon, coriander, dust, and pepper. This brew pours a slightly hazy pale straw color with a medium foamy white head that evaporates slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast and slight hops. Light to medium body with a slightly funky character with notes of citrus, yeast, bready malt and spices. The finish is fruity with a mildly bitter citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average Saison overall.

On tap at the Memphis Taproom. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin to medium sized white head. Smells of rubber bands and musk, with a light funk. Musky with some wheat coming through. Nice crisp finish and some earthy bitterness, but there’s a bit of plastic on it.
