3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Appearance is a bright pale yellow and gold color with an inch of off-white foam. Aroma is sharp and yeasty with notes of citrus peel, pear and clove. The taste starts out tart and acidic with a blend of lemon, white grape, green apple and honey malt sweetness. Also a bit of pepper and spice from the yeast. As expected, there’s lots of lively carbonation in the body along with a dry, tart finish. Gets the job done as a thirst quencher.
From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold with medium white foam, very fine. Aroma is peach, cereal, grass. Body is average, with medium carbonation. Taste is partially sweet, low bitterness, and quite a tart feeling. Finish is relatively long. Sven1973 (549) - GERMANY - OCT 23, 2017

Bottle, gift from Helsinki. BB in two months. Pours near clear gold with small off-white head. Yeast, some yellow stone fruits, not too refreshing, kinda savoury, slight coriander-like spiciness, finishes dry and yeasty. Would probably be somewhat better very fresh. Not a fan. I think my first Saison with rice...

Flavorful, slightly aromatic, and light colored. Not as strong as other farmhouse ales, but solid taste and good finish.

Beer of a light yellow colour, with a medium white head. Fruity, wheaty and malty aroma with a mysterious note of cheese, probably from yeast. Taste is sweet, wheaty and lightly hoppy. Carbonation is medium, and the bitterness low. Rune (13507) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 6, 2017
