Pour at great divide. Light orange pour with a pretty head. Aroma of apple cider, champaign. Great golden ale. Light crisp, reminds me why its one of my favorite styles. slowrunner77 (13418) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 1, 2014
"wow...underrated beer!! this beer was actually the surprise on day 1 of SF beer week. light and crisp, with noticeably spiciness and dry yeastiness. tangy and very refreshing. not super complex, but complex enough. fresh citrus hop and spice aroma. this would be an excellent warm weather beer."

On tap, poured into a sampler. Belgian aromas of banana, clove, and lemon come through on this one with a note of buttered toast. It pours slightly hazy, yellow-gold with a white, small-bubble, even head that reduces to a streaky wispy surface with a medium thin ring. The taste is a medium high, fruity sweet with a light bitterness. The medium-full, spicy and fruity body has a light, oily texture to it with a zippy carbonation. Definitely lemon and grass in the finish which is dry and spicy and leaves a moderately astringent, refreshing, lingering aftertaste. ajnepple (7571) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - SEP 22, 2014
12 oz bottle from the Big Show mixed 12 pack. Darker golden and clear appearance with a white head. Belgian notes, spicy yeast, light hops and light alcohol. It was OK. BrewBoxer (2672) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 15, 2014

Has a good flavor to it. Very refreshing. It leaves a nice after taste to it. generallee08 (778) - New York, USA - JUL 24, 2014
The body has a light golden color with very fine sediment hanging around inside giving it a slight haze. The head is bright white, about an inch tall from the pour and slowly fads to a thin light cap. This cap hangs on well and it also makes some cool lacy fingers on the glass. The aroma has solid fruity, yeasty and slightly funky character over a light pale biscuity maltiness. The flavor reflects this with a fruity and dusty yeast showing notes of pear and spice with mild floral/herbal hop bitterness over a pale malty base. Dry spicy yeast and mild hop bitterness linger on in the finish which sets you up for the next sip.

Bottle. Pours a clear, crisp, golden color with a nice, white head. Citrusy aroma with a malty finish. Nice, yeasty taste with a hint of grape juice. Spicy bite to it as well. Some hops as well. Very good balance. Nice brew! EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUL 14, 2014
The color of this beer is a slightly hazy light golden color with a medium white head that fades quickly to a white ring. The aroma blends Belgian yeast, sour fruit, light malts, and a hint of citrus hops; the taste is mildly sweet and slightly sour, and the mouthfeel fuses a medium-light body, nearly flat carbonation, slick texture, and a finish that extends the flavor even after the beer is swallowed. jgb9348 (6654) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Cloudy golden and light copper coloured body with a thinnish white head. Aroma of yeast, caster sugar and a hint of wheat with a nice alcohol bite in the nose as well. Medium-bodied; Biting yeast and wheat flavours at first with a definite sweetness of caster sugar and some curacao. Aftertaste shows some mildish notes with wheat and yeast dominating and hints of very light hops and some alcohol assertiveness as well. Overall, a nice belgian ale with some mild notes compared to others from the style/country, but not amazing of course. I sampled this bottle direct from the source by an employee on 07-June-2014 in Denver, Colorado at the brewpub.
