Orabelle is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye. This Belgian-style tripel is a golden beauty. Its two yeast strains, orange peel, and dash of corriander impart suprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. Dont let ORABELLEs nature fool you, this is one flavorful brew. Watch out, shes a charmer- one sip and youll be in love.

Can from Brewdog mail order. Pours hazy orange, tight white head. Aroma of yeast, more yeast, oranges. Nice mouthfeel. A decent ale but for the abv I was expecting more of a hit and complexity. Not really a proper full strength low countries ale. Pity, it has promise but doesnt hit the high spots.

Can from Brewdog Online Shop, shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy yellow with a thin, lingering white head. Aromas are bready, some orange peel, light spice, faint cooked banana. Taste is more of the same. Lacking something to take it to that next level, but pretty good.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a decent fluffy head. Some of the head hangs around. Nose - dried orange peel, loads of estery notes. Taste - rich candied orange and lemon with some spice. Theres a bread base. Palate - medium bodied with with a tangy texture and a long and fairly dry tangy finish. Id like it slightly more tangy on the finish though. Overall - pretty good tripel, but would like a tangier finish.

Sample at the Barrel Bar. Its a cloudy gold and possesses a huge coriander and orange peel aroma. Fairly full bodied and rich with a sweet finish. Nice classic style Belgian beer, an easy drinking Tripel.

12oz can. Pours a hazy bright golden color with a small white head. Orange peel aroma with some spices. Flavor is characterized by wheat notes with strong orange peel present with some coriander. Medium bodied with a spicy finish. This feels sort of like an imperial Belgian wit. Really well done.

For me Tripel and pizza is one of those cant-miss combos, which is why I find myself returning to it so often. Last nights pairing was a delicious slice of spicy, bready, and citrusy plus a glass of spicy, bready, and citrusy courtesy of Yia Yias. Orabelle has a golden pour. Its yeast esters have fruity, spicy aromas. Bread and mildly tart citrus flavors. The spice note is fairly complex with a big nod toward coriander and subtler touches of clove and ginger. Feel is bright, smooth, and semi-dry at the finish. Overall, a lovely Tripel and an excellent addition to a meal.

Poured from the bottle into a short tulip glass to drink. The beer had a hazy and cloudy lighter lemon-orange color with a very large foamy white head with good retention, and excellent lacing and cling. Its aroma featured coriander and orange, along with lemon and wheat notes, and a bit of yeast. The taste had a sweet-bitter blend with a strong citrus and lemon flavor, along with a sour grainy and grassy effect that quickly settled in. The beer had high carbonation and a lively mouthfeel, while being on the dry side with a thick effect.
