Muddy pale blond color, with creamy head. One more American attempt at Belgian Styles, too sweet, moderately fruity, including banana, and lightly spicy.
Not interesting to me.
Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of coriander, banana, wheat malt, rye, orange zest, spice and slightly herbal notes. Medium body. Finishes slightly dry orange rind/spicy rye. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - FEB 25, 2013
Pale orange colored pour with a nice haze to it and a tall white head. Slight lemon zest aroma along with coriander, pepper, banana, and orange peel. Yeast and a somewhat nice dry malt profile, too. The flavor is heavy on the banana and citrus character. Somewhat dry, but a bit of malt and sugar sweetness. Coriander and pepper spiciness, light lemon, and a yeasty finish. bhensonb (15745) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 3, 2013
