Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, old hay, roasted, burnt, coffee, dusty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry dry dusty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300808)
12 fl oz bottle. Pours dark brown with a reddish hue and with a dense tan head. Light hoppy and roasted malt aroma. Smooth chocolate and light roasted malt flavour. Shows a light hops note. Bottle. Pours a black colour with a tan head. Roasted malty aroma with lots of coffee and hints of chocolate. Roasted malty flavor with hints of coffee and chocolate. Sweet malty finsih with a bitter aftertaste.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Pours dark brown with a creamy, tan head. Malty aroma, with faint roast character. Flavor is sweet and malty, with molasses and some chocolate. Dark brown to black color; huge head. Aroma of hop, some yeast, light malt and caramel. Quite good taste, soft roasted malt and liquorice; but it’s too metallic.
