Great Divides Yeti Imperial Stout is an onslaught of the senses. An almost viscous, inky-black brew, Yeti opens with a massive, roasty, chocolate, coffee malt flavor that eventually gives way to rich toffee and burnt caramel notes. Packed with an enormous quantity of American hops, Yetis hop profile reveals a slightly citrusy, piney, and wonderfully dry hoppy finish. 75 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

Bomber bottle with some friends. Dark black pour with thick and creamy brown head. Medium in size with nice lacing. Aromas and taste of dark chocolate, bitter hops, grain, vanilla, wood, licorice. Sticky mouthfeel with light to medium carbonation. Warming brew for the body. Really nice and hoppy for a stout which I love.

A: Very dark with a light brown big head. N: Dark char, Freshly baked brown rusks T: Liquorice, molasses, well balanced acidity, a brothiness emerges. The citrus from the hops keeps this potentially heavy beer quite bright and drinkable. P: Very full O: Other hoppy stouts take note. This is the benchmark.

660ml bottle: Pours a jet black with thick tan head that lingers. Aroma of caramel, dark chocolate and coffee. Bitterness really works well and is backed up by the malt. Finishes dry. Full bodied, medium to low carbonation. Overall a lovely beer.

This one has been stored for a while, and it is a very good Imperial Stout. A beautiful coffee aroma, and it shore looks nice. Taste light sweetness, with coffee.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2017 Black used motor oil in the glass. Beautiful. Aroma: dark chocolate, burnt barley, but hoppy too. Reminds me a bit of a black ipa. Flavour is just unbelievable. With a chocolate cake is just perfection. Favolosa

Bottle. Pitch black beer with rocky brown head with great duration and lacing. Aroma: intense bitter chocolate, cocoa, roasty, hints of pine and resin. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter, dark chocolate, cocoa, light coffee, roasty, pine. Long bitter finish with notes of roasted malts, pine and resin. Body is close to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to average. Intense and very hoppy imperial stout. Great brew.

Piana drobno pecherzykowa, w barwie żadne, nieprzejrzyste. Oleiste. W aromacie dużo kawy, czuć delikatny alkohol, praliny czekoladowe. W smaku przede wszystkim praliny, kawa, gorzka czekolada. Wypełnia swoją gęstością, dużo goryczki.
