COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Great Divide’s Yeti Imperial Stout is an onslaught of the senses. An almost viscous, inky-black brew, Yeti opens with a massive, roasty, chocolate, coffee malt flavor that eventually gives way to rich toffee and burnt caramel notes. Packed with an enormous quantity of American hops, Yeti’s hop profile reveals a slightly citrusy, piney, and wonderfully dry hoppy finish. 75 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

Deep black solid liquid almost oily apperance, with a redish tone. Compact gingerbread head that vanishes quickly and leaves a thin coating. A smell of chocolate, snuff and burnt. The bitterness is distinctive bitterness that squeezes the tounge - not curling it. The Yeti is heavy, abit too heavy for my taste, soft, very little carbination, long taste. I dont feel any hint of alcohol, burnt, a bit smokey. A very powerful beer with alot of everyhing ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can, 2017 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and toffee. Pours deep brown with a large mocha brown head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, dark chocolate and some coffee flavors with a nice full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with caramel and toffee sweetness with a good amount of roasted malt lingering on the palate after each sip. Very nice imperial stout.

Pours black, dark small tan rocky head which only rims the glass, heavily roasted malt aroma, coffee and chocolate, the flavour of chocolate is strong, a peppery coffee bitterness blends together well, with a sweet mouthfeel of caramel, fantastic on a cool winters night, very warming
