Cask. Golden almost clear golden beer with a white head. Citrus aroma with not so pleasent hints of woolsocks. Malty, hoppy thin flavour with a lot of bitterness. Didn´t enjoy at all.... dantheman278 (1361) - SCOTLAND - MAR 8, 2013
Cask at Holyrood. As ?Angel.? Beautifully clear golden pour, tight white head sticks around. Light fruits, grapefruit and lemon some real biscuity, sweet but weird yeasty notes. Touch of diacetyl perhaps. Soft dry fruits, touch of grapefruit, touch of really dry lager malt flavours, long puckering grapefruit bitterness. Decent. Rune (12773) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 26, 2013
Half pint cask ale, shared with Finn at Waggon & Horses. Lasting, white lacing-head. Slightly cloudy, yellow gold body. Lemony hops to the nose, mid-dry. Fresh taste of fruity hops added by hints of honey. Mild bitter endnotes. Smooth and soft in the mouth. Easy going (York, 26.01.2013). On cask at Cloisters, Pours a light golden colour with a thick white head. A very yeasty aroma with some caramel malt also. Similar flavours with grassy hops to finish. Mildly bitter with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel.
