COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Some folks think we make too many hoppy beers. Maybe they’re right? Oh well.” This brand spanking new unfiltered IPA pours a burnt gold that wears it’s white cap brilliantly. Forget the smell for a second and bask in the beauty of this IPA! Yet, when you get your nose into the glass in front of you, notes of zested lemon, fresh papaya, and some lighter notes of elderberries hit you in the face, then the pine comes along and takes over. The body is medium to medium light with a soft carbonation that allows the flavours of the Equinox hop to shine through. Tropical fruits (papaya, kiwi) and lots of resiny goodness. Sweet up front, then juicy, leading to a pleasant bitterness and a very dry finish.

Another old rating. Draft. Slightly hazed amber pour. Couple fingers of dense white head, plenty of sticky lace. Pungent aroma, tropical fruit, citrus and pine. Sweet fruit flavors give way to a lasting bitter resin finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Another great brew from the Tank 10 line.

Pale golden pour. The nose is intensely hoppy. Fresh grassy/catty
aroma. Some kiwi and a bit of bright tropical fruit. Grassy bitterness
and a little bit of lingering fruit. Assertive bitterness. Nice brew.

[7808-20151011] Tap. Leafy citrus grains aroma. Clear, bright orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Bitter green leaf and grainy citrus peel hops flavour. Medium body. Quite bitter and a little boozy but has a nice balance. (7/3/8/4/17) 3.9

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, resinous and piney, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

On tap. Finger of white head, nice lacing. Light gold colour, light haze. Tropical aroma, papaya, grapefruit, dank. Matching flavours, slightly sour pineapple, cantaloupe, lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Med carbonation, light creaminess, dry finish. Pretty nice!

[Draught at Indie Alehouse] Pours a slightly hazy golden-orange with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is all resiny, citrusy and fruity hops -- that’s it, and I love it. Flavour: Yeah, all hops all the time! Long, big bitter finish. Medium bodied. I loved it.

Slight haze and goldenish pour. Big fresh tropical hop bomb in the aroma. Add some lightly resinous pine cones makes this is an inviting brew. On the palate it delivers those hoppy flavours a tad resinous but very good IPA. On tap in oshawa.

On tap at Barhop. The deScription sums this beer up perfectly. Huge amount of tropical fruit, every kind of citrus under the sun and some big pine resins. A hop heads dream beer. Spectacular Ipa.

Spab (4142) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 25, 2015
On tap at Stack. Pours a clear golden colour with aveyrage-sized white head with good retention. Aroma is resiny and tropical fruity hops with sweet caramel malt. Flavour has a little more pronounced citric, tropical fruitiness but still solid spicy pine resin and caramel maltiness. Moderate bitterness in finish. Another enjoyable GLB IPA.

Excellent beer. Lots of fresh pine. Pours golden with decent head. Bitter finish. Great beer. Tap at barhop.
